Please don’t diet. I promise that if you read Mireille’s book your way of thinking about food will change forever. Do the healthy approch as the French do, enjoy your meals and take pleasure in the way you eat. I have tried it & I do not look at food the same way anymore.
Plus its helps when people say your glowing & looking healthy, which is so much better than just looking thin. Read & enjoy i know i always do.
